At Schacht Spindle, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your weaving and spinning equipment. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, items in new condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble equipment if necessary and pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all small parts and manuals are included.
Label and Ship
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our manufacturing facility in Boulder, Colorado.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality and completeness, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus a restocking fee if applicable.
