How long will it take to receive my loom or spinning wheel?
Since many of our high-quality wooden products are handcrafted to order, lead times typically range from 2 to 6 weeks. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy for Schacht products?
We accept returns on unused, unassembled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to large floor looms.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our spinning and weaving tools worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
